10/07/06 — Although we hadn’t really planned on committing to a regularly-published newsletter, reaction to our first one was very good. People were pretty-much unaware that the Winner Road Project even existed. So they were delighted to hear about progress coming to their neighborhood.We decided to expand on that with issue 2, which became 2 pages, both sides, and was hand-delivered to approximately 200 homes.
