Our Neighborhood Watch
The “Neighbors of Winner Road Association” is, at its core, a Crime Watch.
We are one of several Crime Watches within western Independence, Missouri.
Each month, we send a representative to the City-Wide Neighborhood Watch Meeting.
City-Wide Neighborhood Watch Meetings
City-Wide Neighborhood Watch Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 7 PM. Most meetings are held at:
