Welcome to the website of the “Neighbors of Winner Road Association”, a group of homeowners and renters, living around Winner Road in Independence, Missouri.
I’ve just updated our website so as to allow me, the Chairperson and Webmaster of our group, to post news and personal opinions here more easily….and to archive them for future reference.
(That’s why this post has a date of 2007, even though our website is right about at its one-year anniversary.)

If you live near Winner Road in Independence, I encourage you to attend one of our regular, monthly meetings. They are held on the third Thursday of the month at Sovereign Grace Church, 9901 E. Winner Road. Meetings start at 7 PM and generally last about 1- 1.5 hours.
