    About Our Association

    The “Neighbors of Winner Road” is a “neighborhood association”…. basically, the people of our neighborhood, communicating and working together around common concerns. We include not only area homeowners, but also renters… plus neighborhood merchants, churches, schools, and other non-profits.

    Our association is completely voluntary. There are no dues and no requirements for membership, other than the fact that you show up to a meeting every once in a while.

    We have organized together in order to…

  • Have a stronger voice collectively than we would have individually.
  • Improve communication with city officials.
  • Increase awareness among ourselves of what’s going on in the neighborhood, so as to increase involvement and security.
  • Improve the conditions of our neighborhood.

    • If you live in our neighborhood, we already consider you to be a member. (If you have not attended one of our meetings, we may consider you to be “inactive”.)  Why not attend one of our meetings and become involved ?
